New Patient Registration
The Practice boundaries are limited to:
G72 area (up to and including Greenlees Road, Cambuslang)
G44 area (up to and including Aitkenhead Road, Glasgow)
G45 area (Lanarkshire postcodes only)
The geographical area served is outlined above. Patients registered with the practice must live within the practice boundary area. This limitation is present to ensure that the practice can provide fast and appropriate emergency care to a patient who falls ill suddenly.
If you currently reside outwith the above boundaries, you will not be removed from the Practice list. If however, you change your address and this is still outwith the above boundaries, you will be asked to register with another Practice.
If you want to register with our practice please come along and ask the receptionist at the front desk for a new patient pack. Within this pack you will find a registration form, a copy of the practice leaflet and a urine sample bottle. If you have a medical card please bring that along, although it is not absolutely necessary.
Upon completion of these forms, one of our receptionists will make you a registration medical appointment with the healthcare support worker. This is a basic check-up, but it allows us to gain important medical information about you before your notes arrive from your previous doctor. Also it provides opportunities for general health and lifestyle issues to be addressed.
If you prefer a particular type of doctor such as female for a female patient and vice versa, we will note this and do our best to respect your choice. However, not all doctors in the practice provide all services and specific doctors may not always be immediately available.
